*Only in-person presentations at the venue will be accepted.
*Please register one presenter and all co-authors for the conference day when applying.
*Presenters may present only one paper during the conference, excluding symposia and workshops. It is acceptable to be a co-author in addition to the presenter for multiple papers.
*Presenters are kindly requested to register separately for the conference during the registration period, following the “Conference Participation” instructions below.
*Presenters are requested to decide on a discussant in advance, obtain their prior consent, and register one discussant.

Conference Participation

＜Participation Fee＞

Regular Member: 5,000 yen
Student Member: 3,000 yen
Non-Member: 10,000 yen *Includes conference registration fee (5,000 yen)
Symposium Only: Free

＜Social Gathering Fee＞

Regular Member: 6,000 yen
Student Member: 4,000 yen
Non-Member: 4,000 yen

*The fees above apply to credit card payments made during the registration period.

*A handling fee of 1,000 yen will be added to both the Participation and Social Gathering fees for bank transfers. If you prefer this method, please contact the Secretariat. Note: This additional fee is waived for international student members (non-Japanese nationals).

*If payment is not received by the deadline, payment must be made in cash on the day of the conference. In such cases, an additional 2,000 yen will be applied to both the Participation and Social Gathering fees.

*Non-members cannot present research. If you wish to present research, you must become a member before hand.

*RSAI members can participate with the same qualifications as members of the Japan Regional Society. If you wish to participate as an RSAI member, please contact the Secretariat.
