Dear Members of JSRSAI,

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued understanding and cooperation with the activities of our association.
As previously announced, we have changed the timing of annual membership fee billing for this fiscal year. However, there have been changes to the payment deadline, payment method, and amount for this fiscal year, so we would like to inform you of these changes.

Regarding the payment deadline, which was previously set for the end of September, it will be changed to September 15th this year.

Furthermore, regarding the payment method, from this fiscal year onward, we will generally only accept credit card payments, and from next fiscal year, we will generally only accept automatic credit card withdrawals.

Regarding the amount, for those who can make payments by credit card by the deadline mentioned above, the fees will remain the same as before (Regular Members: 13,000 JPY, Student Discount: 8,000 JPY, Web Members: Annual Fee + 2,000 JPY). However, for those who pay by other methods, an additional administrative fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged. Similarly, for payments made after the deadline, an additional administrative fee of 1,000 JPY will be charged (2,000 JPY if both conditions apply).

For next year’s membership fee billing, those who have not registered for automatic credit card deductions will be charged an additional administrative fee of 1,000 JPY. Those who were unable to register during this year’s payment period will be notified again at the end of this fiscal year.

Members with special circumstances, such as those unable to obtain a credit card, are requested to contact the office.

The above matters were decided at the second board meeting of this fiscal year. Details regarding specific payment procedures will be communicated separately by the office. We apologize for the delay in notification and kindly request your understanding.
