海外における都市再開発政策と及びその評価手法について整理し、成功要因を解析す

る。さらに、社会的観点に基づく数量的な評価手法の開発を試みる。

A study of the urban regeneration policy in

foreign countries

We will study the urban regeneration policy and the evaluation method in

foreign counties and analyze successive factors of the regeneration.

We also make an attempt to develop a qualitative evaluation method.
