近年、日本経済におけるサービス経済化・情報経済化はますます進んでおり、1990年代のバブル崩壊後でも情報関連財・サービスの生産は増加率が高くなっている。このような産業構造の変化は、地域経済にも大きな影響を与えている。これは、サービス部門のウェイト増大の課程で、これらの立地に適した地域の経済力が高まるからで� る。本稿では、第３次産業の比重が高まってきた1980年代以降の地域経済について、そのサービス経済化の度合いをシフトシェア分析と変動係数分析により計測する。また、サービス産業の中でも対事業所向けサービスを主とする情報サービス産業は、地方圏においても今後の成長が見込まれている。このような分野の成長は地域情報化とも密接に関連しており、特に焦点を当てて分析を行う。
 
 

Recently, the inclination to services and information in economy has been become remarkable more and more in Japanese economy, and production of information related goods and service industry has the high rate of increase also after the collapse of the 'bubble' economy of the 1990's.  Such change of industrial structure has had big influence on regional economy. In the process in which the weight of service industry increases, the economic strength of the area suitable for the location of these industries is raised.

This paper measures the degree of the inclination to services and information in regional economy by shifts-share analysis and coefficient of variation. Furthermore, also in the local area, it is expected that the information service industry will grow. Such growth of the industry is closely connected with local computerization, and this paper focuss especially to them.
